How to WAP enable your phone?
Your network operator will guide you through this (or enable your handset in-store) however, here are instructions on how to enable WAP on your handset depending on which network you use, click here for more information. If you still need to contact your operator then here are some useful links:

Iordered – where's my content?
Occasionally content delivered to you can be ‘queued', due to network traffic. Text messages are delivered to the networks immediately, but they sometimes can be delayed. It can take up to 48 hours, if you still haven't received your message after this period then contact us.

I received a download message but I can't find it, where is it?
When you receive your item you will receive a wap push message. When you open the message it connects your handset via WAP/GPRS to the content, you will then get the option to save the content into your mobile. If you accidentally click off this link This is how to access the download link/push message again -

Nokia 7650,3650, 6600, N-Gage – Your SMS message inbox
All Other Nokia Phones – Go to Menu, Services, SERVICE INBOX
Sharp Phones – Go to Vodafone Live! And press the GREEN key before the page loads, then go to ALERT INBOX.
Sony-Ericsson – Go to Messaging then WAP PUSH
Other Phones – SMS Message Inbox

I've downloaded my content but can't find it anywhere – where is it?
Did you save the content? If you didn't you have 48 hours to download the content you ordered again from the message we sent you or from the WAP push in your inbox. If you did save it, check out the following places -
