    Health Exchange required a site that provides information and support, allowing people to make their own choices for a healthier lifestyle. Clean and easy to use, clear consideration was to be made for all communities and cultures, enabling everyone to help themselves, now and in
    the future.

  • Our insight

    LHM worked closely with NHS Choices to migrate information directly into the Health Exchange site, and uses Mid-LifeCheck results to supply targeted information to relevant users. The client has full access to the site content, enabling them to keep the audience continually updated with new tools and services.

  • The campaign

    Health Exchange offers information to all; from NHS recommendations, blogs and updatable events calendars to picture prescription downloads, giving visual guidance on when and how medicines should be taken. The site was built and developed to work both online, and also on kiosks in Pharmacies, community partner sites and primary care centres, for maximum access and usability.
