    The Policy Shop is a nationwide insurance provider of personal and commercial insurance products. They tasked us with rebranding the company and creating a new website. Insurance advertising needs to be memorable and we had to demonstrate the company’s dedication to saving money for customers and providing a high quality service.

    From our initial research we decided that the brand identity needed to engage with its current and prospective customers. LHM achieved this by creating the character ‘Phil Safe’ who guides users throughout the site to relevant services, offers and savings. We planned the website to create the impact required for brand awareness, data capture and revenue generation.

    The Policy Shop is now becoming one of the major industry players online, meeting the requirements of its users with the latest web and mobile technology to efficiently drive the business. We have added value refining internal and online procedures, maintaining the Policy Shop’s position on the forefront of the industry in reporting and business intelligence and strengthening partner relationships.
